What is included in our conveyancing charge;
  • Reviewing the contract and arranging for any amendments
  • Investigations into whether there is any charges owing on the Land (such as council or water rates and land tax).
  • Stamping the contract with Stamp Duty
  • Liaising with your bank or credit provider to arrange settlement.
  • Arranging settlement with the owners solicitor or conveyancer and your financial institution

What is not included in our conveyancing charge:
  • Stamp Duty
  • Bank or financier fees and charges.
  • Charges for building inspection, pest inspection, Survey or Council Building certificate.
  • Government charges for registering transfer.
