Applications for Personal representatives, Survivorship applications, Preparation of Statutory declarations, litigation, property disputes and excessive telephone calls to lenders and or other required parties and litigation.’s contract review, is completed by a solicitor within 24 hours of receiving your contract. They will then give you a call to discuss the reviewed contract and answer any queries. Off the plan contracts and building contracts are not included in the free review and will be charged at a cost of $65.00 plus GST per contract.

Whether you are buying, selling or transferring a property our standard fee includes the following services; Our fee represents our costs to assist you in the standard sale, purchase or transfer of  property including:- Obtaining your instructions  and details about the property;  Preparation of the Contract of Sale and Vendors Statement or Perusal of the Contract; Preparation of Section 27 Statement and one letter to the bank to obtain required confirmation; Perusal of the Transfer of Land and preparation of Goods Statement/Stat Dec; Adjustment of rates; Liaising with one lender and the Purchasers  representative and attending to all their requirements; Arranging and attending to one settlement; Notifying all relevant authorities of the change of ownership and the usual general procedures, letters, faxes, email and telephone calls required to effect settlement of a standard conveyancing transaction.
